Not even run-in before the owner started hooning? And then was happy to have it go away because of minor damage? I wouldn't touch it with yours.

Take it to Los Santos Customs, should be a $400 fix easy..

Maybe depending on the quote for the rebuild.

Love the Boss 302, pry the car I'd get if I was gonna buy a new car right now...but that's a lot of coin for a salvage title. By the time you fixed it it wouldn't be too far off what you could buy a nice one for.

You sure?

Well just shopping a second ago and this is the cheapest on eBay right now

Love how it says minor accident damage. if your missing body panels and your hood doesn't shut right its not minor. Minor is cracking your front bumper hitting a coyote. who knows what other damage may be lurking in there.

That can, and should, be saved.

Yeah, because it's salvaged. It needs work. By the time you had it repaired it might still be cheaper than a decent non-salvaged car...but I doubt by enough to make it worthwhile.
Maybe if you're a collision shop you buy this.

I just realised I hadn't checked the price. And I have no idea what's np/cp for those. So put it another way, it would have to be whatever the opposite of CP is to be worth buying a bad 'un.
A quick google says it's a ~$40k car new. Should be worth about 30k at best, unless the residuals on those are unusual. This one's damaged and shows all the signs of being the one you wouldn't want to buy even if it was undamaged. To me, that looks more like the price it ought to fetch once it's been fixed up.

oh, i just meant for bits.
take this car, and make any other car better.
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:01 |

Or just someone who could make this into a track car
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:02 |

Well I could transplant just about everything into my current car considering they are both S197's
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:03 |
|
Well considering I would scavange everything I could off of it and stuff it into mine~
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:08 |

looks like it needs a fender, bumper, hood...wheel doesn't look scuffed, so maybe 15k
but i'm too cheap to have nice things.
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:11 |
|
For that, wouldn't you be better off with one that;s been pranged a bit harder?
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:14 |

Well considering my current car is a 08 V6 Model I would need to try and get get suspension and just about everything off the car I could.
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:21 |

Let me put it this way: If you do not do it, I might.
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:22 |
|
Idea, we go in on it and turn my V6 into a monster?
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:33 |
|
Not sure I follow. Take the parts and bolt 'em onto your v6? Or sell the v6 engine and slap the v8? What did you have in mind? Also, yes. No matter what the plan is. Haha
I would personally take it as a chance to replace parts for light-er weight ones. Or straight up just part it out and make hella dough off it.
![]() 02/21/2014 at 16:42 |

Plan is to strip the V6 of everything and transplant everything good from the boss into my 2008
